C2E does cost estimating, which, from what I gather is estimate the cost of the various pieces of this project. We have "estimates" but these are the big boys, with real experience and real numbers. And what is the real number that such a valuable service is going to cost us?
Zero.
That's right, boys and girls. Pro Bono, Gratis, Nil. . .I think I've exhausted all the ways to say that. . .oh, goose egg!!
So thanks again to another business who in these hard economic times has agreed to give away their time!!
